FHA Changes are close - get your FHA loan approved NOW!

FHA loan limits and minimum down payments are changing January 1st, get your loan approved NOW before its too late!

Coming January 1st, the maximum loan for Mecklenburg County will drop from $303,750 to $271,050!  You can submit a loan application now and stay under the old guidelines your loan must close before January 1st.

If you would like to buy and want to put 3% down, apply today and find a house now.  If your case number is assigned before Jan. 1st you could close after that date and still use the old 3% down payment.  After January 1st the minimum down payment will be 3.5%.
